Individual Credit

This is granted to individuals or companies in rural areas. It is a credit alternative for rural micro-enterprises that show evidence of growth and can present a guarantee.

Grupos Solidarios

This is aimed at groups of up to six micro-entrepreneurs working in the productive, business or service sectors, who due to lack of guarantees, do not qualify for an individual loan. By forming “Grupos Solidarios”, they guarantee one another.

Extended Grupos Solidarios

For groups of 6 to 25 micro-entrepreneurs working in productive, business or service activities that have been operating for at least 6 months. The activity for which the credit is being granted must be profitable but other family income may be used to cover the cost of the monthly payments. They serve as guarantors for each another. We have suspended this type of credit due to improvements in its design.

“Multiplicador” Grupos Solidarios

This is aimed at groups of between 6 to 25 people working in small scale productive, business or service activities. The income resulting from this economic activity is not the main source of the family income. They serve as guarantors for each another.
